Meeting Rules

• To vote at the annual general members must hold a current 2021 membership card.
• Nominations for members of the Committee shall be called and accepted from the members present at the annual general meeting.
• Each candidate shall be proposed and seconded by Members to the Secretary at the AGM.
• All retiring members of the Committee shall be eligible for re-election.
• No members shall be eligible for any office unless he or she is present at the meeting or has sent in written consent to act.
